ThaiSorted is an independent relocation referral service for UK citizens moving to Bangkok, Thailand. We are not affiliated with the Thai government or Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd.
When you submit our relocation guide form, we collect: your name, email address or WhatsApp number, and your answers to the qualification questions (situation, stay length, timeline). We also record the date and time of submission.
Your data is used solely to send you your personalised Bangkok relocation guide and to follow up with relevant information based on your stated situation. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
We use Formspree to process form submissions. If you choose to use a referred service (insurance, property, legal), we will share your name and contact details with that provider — only with your explicit consent at the time of referral.
We do not sell your data to any third party.
We earn referral fees from insurance providers, property agents, legal firms, and the Thailand Privilege Visa programme when you proceed to use their services. This does not affect the price you pay. Your relocation guide is free and we are not paid for providing it.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data held about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@thaisorted.co.uk.
Your data is retained for up to 24 months from submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
